The Trans.Form Method
Our approach is based on a flexible framework which is sensible and proven. It covers the following but is sufficiently adaptable that it does not have to be sequential:

  1. Why does the clients business needs to change?
  2. What is the current business?
  3. What does the business need to change?
  4. What will the new business look like?
  5. How will the business realise the benefits?

We believe that any successful change needs to cover the above elements as part of the project. Equally, we believe that all aspects of change need to be addressed as part of the project. So, as well as say technology and business processes, we will also take into consideration organisation, skills, behaviours and beliefs, management systems, and customer value.
